What data we collect and why
Order data: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment confirmation. This data is used solely to fulfil your order and send you order confirmation and tracking information. Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR Article 6.1.b).
Email address (marketing): If you opt in to our email list at checkout or via our subscription form, we collect your email address and first name to send you product updates, hosting tips, and occasional offers. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any email.
Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our shop. These tools collect anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. How long we keep your data
Order data is retained for 7 years in compliance with Spanish tax law (Ley General Tributaria). Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics 4.
Your rights under GDPR
As an EU resident you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), withdraw consent for email marketing at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
